IBSN Board approves acquisition and listing plans

December 12, 2007. Moline, IL - IBSN' Board approved the management's acquisition and listing plans for strategic business initiatives. The company's CFO has been asked to negotiate with target companies in BPO/ITES segment listed on the Bombay stock exchange. The acquisition effort if successful is slated to be completed by April 30, 2008.
