| Skill set – Working knowledge on any of these country taxation – Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand or Singapore. The incumbent must be willing to take on the challenges of penetrating a country from the perspective of adding a new business line for IBSN. Ability to Interpret and dissect cross border taxation laws, OECD guidelines etc for coming up with Tax planning models is a requirement for the job. |

As Account Manager, you will manage couple of processing teams (who handle US Individual Tax Returns) and be responsible for ensuring your group's accuracy, timely filing of the tax returns and overall customer satisfaction. This is a demanding Middle Layer Profit Center Head Position and the job, hence, looks for inherent leadership qualities in you as a professional manager of IBSN.
Eligibility: CA/ICWA/CS Qualified/Finalist OR MBA.
Desirable Profile: Tax Practice Managers / Supervisor / Junior Partners, Junior / Middle Management Cadre CA/CWA/CS/MBAs working in Accounts / Taxation / Finance OR 2-3 years of industry experience in US Taxation with at least 6 M immediate past as Team Lead.

You will be responsible for addressing certain simple tax related queries that clients may have when they decide / process returns through IBSN. Typically, you would explain them of IBSN Process and US taxation in general (as may be applicable to their individual tax scenario) and promptly channel all next level questions to the concerned process team STR/TR.
Eligibility: Distinction Graduates / Post Graduates with 70% + Aggregate.
